Generally, the contract of us and our customers will be valid for 3 months. If one of our clients wants to stop getting service from us, he/she must notify us before 60 days at least. After getting your notice our team will terminate the contract in a legal way. If we have any issue for which we need to terminate the contract, we also notify you 30 days earlier.

Course Fee, Service Charge and Product Cost
All the courses we run are under fixed one-time payable fee. To cope up with the present situation, course fees (all courses we run) can be revised (increased or decreased) by us at any time without declaration. Before admitting to the course the present value of the course of this time will be payable.
We always try to give our client the best service. But in an inevitable condition, our provided service and service charges are also changeable.
If you are going to use our product, make sure that you know our products present price and you are buying it with your full consent.
Offers and Promotions
Our promotional and occasional offers and offered prices of product and service and course fee are totally valid for the mentioned duration only. You can’t claim any promotional or occasional price or fee after ending that promotion or offer.
Copyright, Trademark and Intellectual Property
All the contents of our website is to use for personal purpose. Trademarks, copyrights, and intellectual property and contents like image, video, text etc. are used in our website are the sole property of us. In some cases, either these items are allowed to use us or licensed by us.
By accepting our terms and conditions, you fully agree with us that you cannot use any of our product commercially after re-packing or making some change into it (either inside or outside). If we (Prime IT) find any kind of violation of our terms and condition, proper legal action will be taken.
Liability Level
For our courses, we are totally liable to give you a very quality service. We must ensure that we provide experienced and skilled teachers. Success of our conducted courses totally depends on you, your eagerness, hardship and fulfilment of other requirements. We must not give any kind of guarantee of anyone’s success.
We, Prime IT, are liable to our product’s users also, but at a limited level. Your lack of knowledge about products, incompetency of using products and your own cause of damage to the products will never be our responsibility. Only our product’s fault, for which it becomes unusable, will be our liability.
For third party website reference and provided information about their products, we will never be liable. Only the related authorities will be liable for their service. Before using their website and products, read their terms with full attention.
Transferability
In all conditions, no course, service and product of us are transferable to any alternative person. This means, if learners of our courses, users of product or service become incapable of using the related product or service and running the admitted course, it will not be transferable to other people.
Refund of Money
Once a student is admitted into our course, his/her total payment is non-refundable in all conditions. If our sold product and service is usable or you just have made it unusable for your own incident and actions, you will never get back your money.
Automatic Payment
If our customer subscribes to the automatic payment process, renewal of payment will continue after the interval. He himself needs to stop this service.
Incompleteness of Payment
If any of our students, buyer’s or user’s payment remains incomplete for a long time (appropriate time will be mentioned during admission or in the beginning of contract), we have the right to terminate the studentship or service.
Law and regulations
We are highly respectful to all the government, local and state laws and follow them strictly. Any kind of wrong use of our products will be terminated and controlled in accordance with the above mentioned laws.
